Overview:
Abyssinian Horse The Abyssinian Horse, also known as a Gala, originated in Ethiopia. It stands approximately 13.3 hands high which makes it the size of a pony, but it’s technically considered a light horse breed. There are a lot of variations in their size, shape and color. They’re difficult to care for because their coats grow in different directions and are difficult to brush.
